I call this sculpture "Moose for De Niro". I designed it for Robert De Niro as a thank you gift. I'm a fan, that's all. He performed in a movie about Rocky and Bullwinkle (which I still have not seen yet). On April 8, 2000 I wrote a letter to Mr. De Niro with photographs of the sculpture enclosed and I also sent a copy to his agent in California. Still no reply...Perhaps the movie was a "flop". Maybe he does not want to be reminded of "stinkin moose", as Boris Badenuf might say. Perhaps this sculpture is a flop. Oh well. It's still Moose for De Niro. If Mr. De Niro should want it, he is welcome to it - it's in the garden somewhere...
